A Real Bike Fit, From Your Phone.
From slow-motion video, Bike Fast Fit analyzes how you pedal on your bike and recommends adjustments to optimize your fit. Three apps take you from a quick self-check at home to a full professional fitting platform.
…my Retul motion capture system sits in the drawer. Your software is much better and faster!!!

The app at work
Point your phone. Pedal. Get your numbers.
This is the actual recording screen: markerless tracking locked onto a rider, no dots, no sensors, no studio.
240 fps slow motion. Fast enough to catch the exact frame where your knee reaches maximum extension.
How it works
Where the numbers come from
Most fit tools hand you one acceptable range per measurement. That hides the part that matters, because your joint angles are not independent of each other. Raise your heel. The knee angle moves with it, and nothing on the bike has changed. Check each number on its own, and you can land inside every range and still be in a position that is working against you.
So we do not read them on their own. Bike Fast Fit measures your joint angles from slow-motion video and places you in a region that accounts for how those angles move together. We drew that region around several hundred real fitting sessions from our own database, taking the setup each fitter settled on at the end. It reflects positions that working fitters accepted, not a number copied out of a reference book.
That database now holds more than 1.15 million rider videos, as of July 2026, and it grows every day. It is also why the targets are not frozen. When riders start doing something different, we have enough video to notice.
What we are looking at now
Saddle height is the question we hear most, and knee angle alone does not always settle it. We are working through what else in a pedal stroke points to a saddle set too high or too low, from how steady the stroke is to where the movement concentrates when it is not.
Some of what we look at does not survive testing. We would rather find that out ourselves than ship it and let you find it.
None of this changes what the app tells you today. It is how we decide what to look at next.

Overall, this app is pretty damn cool. Mostly because it’s actually useful.
For 3 of my bikes, the setup is now more relaxed. No longer any issues, even for rides of 6 to 8 hours. You improved the quality of my life!
